wear traditional costumes; no beads; bring your own drinks &
snacks ($15 entry fee includes gumbo and band at the end of Courir)

Watch the Faquetigue Courir from a neighbor's;
be sure to bring your cameras to capture the chicken chase(s) (other
stops maybe a guinea or rooster, duck or goose) and bring your nickels
for the "cinq sous" dancing and riders*
