Rates

Peak Season Rates (March 1 - July 31, and all holidays or special events*)

  • Weekly (Sunday after 4 PM to Sunday 11 AM): $1295
  • Weekday (Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed.): $199 per night (2 night minimum)
  • Weekend (Thurs., Fri., Sat.): $250 per night (2 night minimum)

    • *Holidays and Special Events are charged at peak weekend rates


Off-Season Rates (August 1 - February 28, except holidays or special events*)

  • Weekly (Sunday after 4 PM to Sunday 11 AM): $995
  • Weekday (Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed.): $179 per night (2 night minimum)
  • Weekend (Thurs., Fri., Sat.): $199 per night (2 night minimum)

    • *Holidays and Special Events are charged at peak weekend rates


Monthly Rates (Nov -Jan: $1995 per month (2 month minimum))


Occupancy

  • Up to 8 occupants or a family of 8
  • Each additional occupant $20.00 per night
  • Limit 12 occupants

Damage Deposit: $250

Cleaning Fee: $65

No smoking in home


Pet Policy

No uncaged pets indoors, leashed outdoors. If you bring a pet, an additional fee of $10 per night will be charged per pet and a $150 damage deposit will be assessed per pet.


Reservations

Due to the scarcity and popularity of lake front rental homes, please make your reservations early.

A deposit of $500 in advance is required to reserve the home.

Cancellation Policy

If we receive written cancellation thirty (30) days or more prior to the check in date, we will refund all but $150.00.

If we receive written cancellation between thirty (30) days and fifteen (15) days prior to the check in date, we will refund all but $500.00.

If we receive written cancellation between the fourteenth (14th) and the eighth (8th) day prior to the check in date, we will refund all but 3/4 of the rental.

If cancelled in writing anytime within the final seven (7) days prior to check date, the rent shall be fully earned, and we will refund the damage deposit and the cleaning fee only.
